Have Mercy Thanksgiving Turkey - I made this little guy for our monthly challenge for the cake club that I belong to. It is our November challenge, and obviously, it is turkeys in any medium. This little guy is made from fondant and a little bit of gum paste for the brim of his hat and the sign. I wanted to make sure they would get hard.
