The hip flexors are 👑 when it comes to the anterior hip! Some soreness is normal after a new or challenging workout. But constant pain or feeling like your hips just can’t keep up with things like running or jumping is not and may be simply addressed with a little targeted strength training. Tendinopathies can affect a lot of people for a variety reasons, but generally comes down to overload or lack of strength in the hip muscles.
