🫐 Baked Cheesecake Oats with blueberries 🫐 This recipe will make you a fan of cottage cheese! The creamy cottage cheese is blitzed up with oats, vanilla and egg to make a light sponge cake topping for our frozen berries. So delicious with a drizzle of honey! I don’t like too much sweetener but add as much as you like, Make the night before then pop in the airfryer for 10 minutes in the morning for a high protein breakfast that’ll keep you full till lunch 🤩 

Serves 2-3 

Preheat the oven to 180C. 
Place 100g porridge oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese,

Soft, fluffy dough on sticky pecan caramel.. so so good. Enjoy! Ingredients 14 g quick, dry yeast 450g soy milk 110g caster sugar 110g melted butter 700g plain white flour ½ tsp salt Filling: 100g butter 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 75g soft light brown sugar Caramel: 8 tbsp butter 120g double/ heavy cream 8 tbsp soft light brown sugar 150g pecans Instructions  1. Warm your milk up until it is luke warm. Pour into a large bowl. Add the sugar and yeast. Combine together with a whisk very briefly, for 1-2 seconds. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
