I love dipping dots ice cream! There’s something about eating little balls of frozen goodness that makes desert seem all the more special! There’s no real recipe here. I cooked up a little blueberry compote. Just water and blueberries, and a little sugar until soft so that they could be mash up easily. Once soft, I added it to some Greek yoghurt and some honey to taste. I then piped this mixture into my spherical mould and froze it for 4 to 5 hours. Once frozen, I popped them out of the mould and served them with fresh blueberries for a yummy healthy treat! Great for breakfast, as a snack or even dessert!
