Liberty grip . One of the most important grip to learn in groupstunts. This grip is used for all body positions . Main base grabs a normal extension grip. Make sure you keep the feet straight and locked. . Side base has two option for grabbing. #1 - grab with the right and left hand for the middle. Make sure that the thumb of the left hand is under the foot and over on the other side. Your job is that you keep the ankle straight and locked in a neutral position. .
