Braided Butterfly Pea Flower Bread Ingredients • 180g bread flour • 65g room temperature water • 20g condensed milk • 15g melted butter or vegetable oil • 15g sugar of choice • 2.5g active dry yeast • 1/4 tsp salt • 2 tsp Butterfly pea flower powder & pinch of ebony carrot powder (dissolved in 2 tsp water) Coating • Sesame seeds Method: • In a stand mixer, combine all ingredients. Cover and let sit for 20mins. Then turn on the mixer at low-medium speed with the hook attachment until the dough comes together, about 10 to 12 mins. • Smooth the dough. • Cover and let proof for 1 hour until doubled in size. • Transfer the dough to a working surface and divide it into 6 portions by weight.
