Balance and Coordination
👉Coordination is the ability to execute smooth and controlled movements, involving optimal muscle interaction and timing. 👉Balance refers to maintaining the body's center of mass within its base of support, crucial for stability during movement. 👉In physiotherapy, improving coordination and balance is vital for rehabilitation, enhancing mobility, preventing falls, and promoting independence, especially in older adults or those with neurological conditions. 👉Engaging exercises are necessary to strengthen muscles, improve proprioception, and develop motor skills, ultimately leading to better functional outcomes and quality of life.
