The Bird’s Nest Chateau d’eau in Montliot, France (front side)
Montliot is a tiny farming village about 250 km up river from Paris. The water tower was painted in 2015 to highlight the Châtillon region, revitalize the town and promote young local street artist, Thibaud Coron. With the mural, the water tower became a nest of birds, blue tits and goldfinch have found their place. A child six meters tall gives a feather to chickadees and giant squirrels want a hazelnut held by the goldfinch, it lacks neither charm nor poetry. 47°53'26.5"N 4°33'31.8"E
