Each set of slipcovers comes in 6 individual pieces: 3 back cushion covers, 2 frame covers and 1 chaise seat cover. To install the slipcovers, you'll just need to separate the chaise side from the sofa side and if necessary, do some DIY (read more on our Manstad FAQ page).
