🍸 ZUTATEN FÜR 4 GLÄSER 3 Limetten 10 g Minzblätter 4 EL Erythrit 500 ml Wasser 🔪 ZUBEREITUNG 2 Limetten in grobe Stücke schneiden. Zusammen mit der Hälfte der Minzblätter, Erythrit und Wasser 10-15 Sekunden mixen. Nicht länger, sonst gehen zu viele Bitterstoffe der Limettenschale in die Flüssigkeit über. In große Eiswürfelformen füllen. Die übrige Limette dünne Scheiben schneiden. Limettenscheiben und die restlichen Minzblätter als Deko mit in die Eiswürfelform geben und einfrieren. Zum Servieren in je zwei Eiswürfel in ein Glas geben und mit kaltem Sprudelwasser übergießen.
