Although we often hear how Twitter dominates second screen activity for TV shows, it doesn't only happen on Twitter. Shows that have custom apps, or that try to create a companion experience on their web sites will often get way more visits (as much as 10 times the people) than people tweeting. The stats above compare web visits, custom app visits, and people who tweet during the broadcast windows, it is estimated that about 50 people see a tweet for every person that tweets).
