PEANUT CHOC BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 1. ▫️50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) ▫️25g soy protein ▫️1 tsp cacao powder ▫️160ml milk, or water ▫️1 tbsp natural peanut butter ▫️20g dark chocolate ▫️1/2 tsp coconut oil ▫️Flaky sea salt 1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 3. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place the jar into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set. by @emmapetersen
