Worlds easiest microwave mug cookie
1 tbsp salted butter, softened melt in 20 second bursts 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar added into the butter 1 egg yolk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla added 2 heaped tablespoon plain flour (heat treated) and 1 tablespoon chocolate chips. Fold in. Top with more chocolate chips Microwave medium heat 40 - 50 seconds. Allow cool for 1 minute and serve warm!
