Trdlo of Trdlnik;  500gr meel, 80g zachte boter, 3el poedersuiker, 2 eieren + zout in kom. In 250ml warme melk 1tl suiker en pakje gist. Iets laten rijzen, bij meel toevoegen. Kneden en 30min. rijzen. In bolletjes verdelen en uitrollen tot 1/2 cm. In reepjes snijden van 3cm en met overlap vastrollen op dikke rol. Een houten deegrol eerst met aluminiumfolie bekleden.
