Awesome Eyeball cake.  No directions but it looks like they used fondant for the eyeballs and buttercream for the strings and swirls.

(No tutorial but I would make it by layering and carving the cake into a cone then using large cake pop eyes, frosting blood and modeling chocolate for brows.) Just about the coolest thing ever!
