1.5 c walnuts  8 medjool dates   1/3 c cocoa pwd  goji berries  Grind walnuts to fine powder. Pour the walnuts into a big bowl. Pit the medjool dates and add them to the bowl with the walnuts. Using freshly washed hands, knead the walnuts and the dates together with your hands, molding the date/walnut mixture into one evenly mixed ball. Add cocoa, continue to knead until thoroughly mixed.  Turn out mini disks. put goji berries on top in shape of star.
