Treasure Rocks made with baking soda, water and food coloring. embellish with glitter and hide treasures inside. Let dry spray with vinegar for lots of foaming fun to get the treasures out of the jeweled stones!
Using forks for printing. Would make such a cute project for Kdg. I could see them making some very funny porcupines! Fork stamp would be good for hay stacks or a dog. Can use fork for upper grades and manipulate so just 2 prongs were printed and etc.

They say 'for children' but my kids are going to have to fight me for these. Definitely making this. Pattern for rice-filled heating pad (owls). (I have read to use dried corn (feed corn) instead of rice and it never gets that stinky smell)
