Chia cookies:  30g chia seeds 130g Whole-grain flour 50g steel-cut oats 2 bananas 1 egg or egg replacer at your choice 30g baking powder (or half baking soda and half b.p.) 40g minced dates 4 tbs agave syrup or honey 1 tbs cinnamon 20ml water  Put the dry ingredients together, than add the wet ones and stir well. Set the oven at 170°C, lay the cookies on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Et voilà!
