Fava Foul Mudammas... This recipe needs a couple of minor adjustments to be authentic... 1/2 the garbanzo beans... when heated mash the beans to about 1/4 of the size... also at least double the garlic... Also add onion to topping... Eat with Pita Bread... tear off a piece of pita bread bite size... fold some of this into the bread and pop in mouth... So delicious!!! Also I personally add a slice of jalapeno to the bite as well. Believe it or not this is actually a breakfast food.
