Shamrock shake pudding shots. In a large bowl, whisk together one packet of vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup vanilla vodka and 3/4 cup creme de menthe. When this is mixed well, fold in one container of cool whip. Spoon into clear plastic pudding shot cups and allow to chill for a few hours before serving. These can be made a few days ahead of time. They will hold a little longer than regular pudding because they don’t have any milk.
