Pre-heat oven to 350°F (176°C) Combine Key Lime Juice, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Egg Yolks in a Large Mixing Bowl Whisk until fully combined Divide Evenly and Pour the filing into tart shell Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 12-22 minutes until the top of the tarts are set. It will still be supple. Allow to cool to room temperature for 2 or more hours Once cooled - top with dollops of Whipped Cream and sprinkle of Lime Zest Garnish w/ Lime Slices
