  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
  • 1 lb Tomatoes, fresh
Canned Goods
  • 3 cups Chicken stock or vegetable stock
Pasta & Grains
  • 1/4 cup Brown rice, long-grain
Baking & Spices
  • 4 grinds Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Coconut or olive oil, unrefined
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
