Prague Flea Market, Along the riverbank near Palackeho namesti.  Metro: Karlovo namesti (line B, exit Palackeho namesti).  Trams: 3,7,16,17,21 (Výtoň or Palackeho namesti stops).  Jan-Dec: Every Saturday 09:00-16:00.  The Prague flea market, on the river embankment every Saturday, mainly attracts local Czech people, with a smattering of tourists there for curiosity sake. From the city centre (Old Town and New Town side of the river), it makes for a pleasant stroll along the river.
