Don't Be Afraid To Lift!! Lifting weights is one of the best things that ever happened to me. There is more to lifting weights then just for our appearance and performance. Some of the other benefits I have experienced from weight lifting are it helps build mental toughness, self awareness of our physical abilities, keeps our metabolism up, burns fat, burns calories, reduce the risk of health diseases and prevents bone deficiency. It has helped me to become a better version of myself!
