Most of villages in region Podpoľanie (Central Slovakia) use embroideried male aprons worn exclusively by men which could, or couldn’t be part of costume. Their difference from female aprons is that they are more narrow and composition of ornaments is in horizontal lines and doesn’t cover hem.
