Homemade Nacho Cheese Doritos! They’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and soo easy to make.
Ingredients:
• 5 gluten free tortillas (I used almond flour tortillas; corn tortillas should also work)
• 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt (I used A.Vogel Spicy Sea Salt for a spicy kick!)
Instructions:
• 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. While the oven preheats, prepare the Doritos.
• 2. Brush or spray some oil on both sides of 5 tortillas. Stack the tortillas and slice into eighths.
• 3. Next, mix together the seasoning in a large bowl. Once mixed, add in the tortilla wedges and mix well (with your hands or a spoon).
