Melon & Mozzarella Ball Skewers with prosciutto

15min · 8 servings To make these: • Start by scooping Melon balls using a Melon Baller. Once you’ve done the first layer, just cut that section off the melon and continue to make more balls until all parts of the melon are used. • Next cut a piece of prosciutto into three sections and fold the prosciutto to make a stack on top of the melon ball • Take a mozzarella ball (1/3oz cherry size ciliegine) and add it to a tooth pick followed by a fresh basil leaf • Skewer the tooth pick through the prosciutto & melon and you’re good to go! • Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and salt Feel free to drizzle with balsamic glaze too!
