Photo by Jimmy Chin. The rugged terrain in the Atlas Mountains is only matched by the ruggedness of the Atlas Cedars. Incredible that these trees can not only survive in this kind of environment and climate, but grow to tremendous diameters.

The Tsingy de Bemaraha Integral Nature Reserve is located in the District of Antsalova and in the region of the central west part of Madagascar.
