Jumbo Gingy! Roll out your dough on a lined baking about 1/4 inch thick. Place a gingerbread cookie cutter in the center of the dough. Using a toothpick or knife, lightly mimic the outline of the cookie cutter to create a giant gingerbread man outline. After obtaining the desired shape, use a knife to trace along your outline and cut away the excess dough. Bake for about 14 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked in the center. Allow to cool and decorate as desired!
