Spruce Tips are planted and harvested from the bogs of northern Minnesota. Make the spruce tip arrangement in soil in a drop in pot by starting from the middle using a tall tip with successive smaller ones around it. Fill in with other evergreens like balsam or long needle pine. The choice of accessories is unlimited; like pine cones or red ruskus. These will look pretty from November through March. Super cute snowmen. I used a landscape timber and cut it into three different lengths. I painted them white. Used .paint for the eyes and cheeks. I cut the nose out of wood, painted it orange and glued it on along with the buttons. The hats are long socks and the scarf is an old one I had that I cut into thirds. Super easy and so adorable!
