I use a lot of jarred jalapeno rings so I thought this year I would make my own. This is a new venture for me and it was very simple . 6 pounds fresh jalapeno peppers 5 cups of vinegar 1 cup water 4 teaspoons pickling salt 2 TBS sugar 9 half pint jars with lids and rings.
