Magnesium Infographic - FYI--I have Restless Leg Syndrome but I discovered that if I take a Magnesium supplement before bed, I won't have the sypmtoms during the night. Rather amazing. If I feel too tired or forget, I'll have to get up later in the night and pop my pill to get relief. Not only does it work well for me, it works quickly. I'd say in about 15 minutes.
