Beeswax bowls with pressed flowers

Difficulty: Medium Supplies • Balloons • Beeswax • Pressed flowers • Water Here’s how: • I melted some wax on the stove • filled the water balloons with a little bit of water to weigh them down a bit (water balloons would work too) • Dipped them in the hot wax until I got the shape of a bowl • Used a little bit of hot wax to attach some pressed florals • and dipped them in the hot wax one more time to be sure that they would be thick enough and that the pressed flowers would stay in place • then while the wax was still warm on the balloons I pressed them down on a piece of wax paper to make the bottoms flat • I took the water out of the balloons and was left with these little flower bowls • I added a tea light to them and they are currently on our shelf
