Recipe: Peruvian Roasted Chicken with Green Sauce
This Peruvian roasted chicken with green sauce is much easier than it looks. Then you roast it in the oven and broil it at the end to make sure it gets crisp. The green sauce is made of cilantro, yogurt, jalapeños and lime.
