Smoked Sausage & Sauerkraut Casserole
Smoked Sausage, Potato Sauerkraut Casserole- I bet Kielbasa would be great in this recipe! I would keep this a little more on the typical ukrainian style and skip the chile powder. Sauerkraut always comes with plenty of juice, but of course when I cook with sauerkraut I always add beer, so in this recipe I would replace the beef broth with beer.
