RAW VEGAN RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE🫣😍🌱 For all my fellow raw vegan dessert lovers, or any dessert lovers, this one if for you - you are going to love it! 🫶🏻Base ingredients - 1 cup of walnuts - 1 cup of dates (pitted and soaked in hot water for 30 minutes) - 1 tosp maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut oil Cashew cream layer; - 2 cups of cashews (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes or more) - 1/2 cup coconut cream - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 1 pinch of vanilla - 1 tbsp of a 🫶🏻Directions - Blend the base and set in a square tin - Blend the cashew layer and put it on top of the base - top with frozen raspberries (or any fruit of your choosing) and shaved dark chocolate - put it in the freezer to set, cut it, then keep it in the freezer (this dessert stays in the freezer). That’s it!
