Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms -(Phases 1-4) 1. lb. Dungeness crab meat. 5 medium portabella mushrooms 12 oz bag of spinach 1/2 green bell pepper 3 cloves garlic 1 shallot 1/2 bunch of chives 1/2 bunch of tarragon 1/4 cup Veggie Shreds - Cheese substitute Sea Salt (to taste) Pepper Chili flakes Splash of lemon juice
CAULIFLOWER FRITTER BREAD - 4 C. roasted cauli sprinkled w/garlic & onion powder. Place in food processor with 1 egg, 1 T. WF bacon dip, 1 IP plain omelet mix (or u can use the soup mixes), 1/4 tsp. IP salt, 1 T. Go Veggie cheese (optional) - fry on med/med hi a few minutes each side till browned. Enjoy ~ janeva eickhoff
IPumpkin Pie Tarts Crust: 1 pkg IP Cereal, crushed 1 pkg maple oatmeal 1 tbsp oil 1 egg white Mix all ingredients together and press in to silicone muffin liners, bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until start to brown Filling: 1 pkg butterscotch pudding, prepared 1 egg 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Mix all ingredients together, pour in to baked shells and return to oven until they stop jiggling and brown on the top. Chill in fridge at least 1 hr.

Ideal Protein Raspberry Jelly with Rhubarb! Amazing! Reminds me of Jello with fruit in it. Simply boil the rhubarb with a little bit of splenda to taste, when to the texture you like, drain well and add to the Ideal Protein Raspberry Jelly (already mixed). Let cool until slightly firm, enjoy!
