Homemade KFC Potato Wedges 🍟
Ingredients: • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and unpeeled • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 2 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp dried oregano • 1/2 tsp dried thyme • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) • 2 large eggs • 1 cup milk • Vegetable oil, for frying Instructions: • Cut potatoes into wedges: slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges. • Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and cayenne (if using) in a shallow dish. • In another dish, whisk eggs and milk together. • Dip each potato wedge in the egg mixture, then coat with seasoned flour, pressing lightly. • Let wedges rest for 10 minutes. • Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). • Fry wed
