I recommend dividing the 5 minutes to 5 times 1 minute. I did it for 5 minutes none stop and was exhausted afterwards 😂 Do it for a minute take a break and repeat. If you have sensitive knees, place a towel under them. This exercise will help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle as well ☝️ You’ll also notice some changes in your legs and arms.
