I may sometimes feel like I've got short arms but there are some benefits to having short legs ⬆️ body proportions & body mechanics are individual & unique to each & every person. It took me the yoga practice to realise that & understand how comparing myself to others is just totally unnecessary. YOGA TIPS FOR TOE TAPS & LSIT: This is not so much a sequence but more conditioning drills that will help your feet if the floor. The main thing is to first have open hamstrings.
