Kite Festival June 2010 Fanø International Kite Fliers Meeeting is the largest Kite Festival in the world. The peak of the Festival is during the weekend June 17 to June 21. Up to 5.000 kite enthusiasts from all over the world gather on Fanø to show off their newest kites. And of course flying them on the beach. A marvellous sight!!

An interesting designer kite that reveals more the closer you look. Called the 'Manta', it could be considered a variation on the simple Diamond kite. Albeit with an extremely wide nose angle!
