Underdress made of brown linen. The shape made from 2 rectangles with 4 godets - 2 at the sides, 1 at front and back. Square armpit gussets. The hem of the neck, the cuffs bordered with green linen. Hand-stitched. This dress is based on Haithabu finds, 10th cent. Linen apron-hangerock, part of a Viking female dress. The apron is made of brown linen with shoulder straps fastened by tortoise broaches. Frt panel is made of brown linen. The apron is based on Femming Bau's theory.

A reproduction of an authentic Viking Hangerock "suspended skirt", worn by high ranking women, and made from quality fabric with suspenders fastened by two ornamental brooches.
