Ready to Fly
On Saturday we attended "Wings over the Illawarra" at Albion Park Airport. The Historical Aircraft Restoration Society got the oldies out of the hangars and were flying them about. This is a Tigermoth. They were also flying a Lockheed Super Constellation (Connie),a Consolidated PBY Catalina (flying Boat), Canberra Bomber, DC3,CAC Winjeel,de Havilland Dragon Rapide, just to name a few. It was a wonderful day watching these old beauties fly around.
