This Birthday Cake Crumble. It is crack. Literally. I can't keep it in the house because I will eat the entire thing in one sitting. Once you start, it is impossible to stop. But if you can restrain yourself long enough, it goes great on top of cakes, or inside of cakes, or you can do a little bit of both like Momofuku Milk Bar does
