10min · 5 servings Zutaten: • 1 Rolle Blätterteig • Schokocreme (z.B. Nutella) • 1 Eigelb • 1 EL Milch Puderzucker Zubereitung: • ◾️Blätterteig ausrollen und wie im Video gezeigt in kleine Streifen schneiden. • ◾️Jeweils etwas Nutella auf den Anfang geben und aufrollen. • ◾️Eigelb mit Milch verquirlen. • ◾️Mit etwas Abstand auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen und mit dem Eigelb bestreichen. • ◾️Im Backofen bei 180 Grad ca. 15-20 Minuten goldbraun backen. • ◾️Anschließend abkühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
