Its a 30 Day Arm Challenge! You've been asking for it, are you ready? Time for a new monthly challenge, and this time we are going to work on getting those sexy tank top arms! You can modify all these moves for your fitness level: Start pushups with your knees down or leaning against the couch or a counter. Do you bicep curls with our without weights. Break down each move into smaller sets if needed, but just challenge yourself. Change doesn't occur if you dont push yourself farther!
