Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 4 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry Cacao DSP 2/3 cup of Organic Cocoa Powder Notes: Whey, collagen, bone broth, hemp, or rice protein powder will NOT work as they do not create “bulk” as this protein powder does. My protein powder acts as a low carb, gluten and grain free flour replacement. Method: Puree bananas, then add remaining ingredients and mix VERY well until a thick batter forms. Place dough in a pan or dish lined with wax paper and form into desired shape. Refrigerate a few hours then slice into squares.
