SHIRAZI SALAD🥒🍅
- 6 cucumbers • - 4 large tomatoes • - 2 red onions • - A bunch of fresh mint • - Juice from 1 lemon • - Olive oil • - salt and pepper (to taste) INSTRUCTIONS: • Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions into very small cubes and add into a bowl along with chopped mint. Season with lemon juice, olive oil salt and pepper. Mix well. Eat as is, or like I did- in a pita bread with tahini. • ENJOY!🫶
