My favorite Shakeology recipe: a healthy version of Starbuck's Caramel Frappucino. Made with one scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 ounces of cold brew or chilled coffee, 1/8 tsp of caramel extract, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup crushed ice topped off with some light whipped cream.
