Meringue kisses. 😍 Made using only two ingredients, but boy are they finicky! Do you use them just for decorating or do you enjoy eating them? My little cousins absolutely adore them so they'll just HAVE to be on our Christmas table. Also, any tips on making Swiss Meringue? It just won't turn to stiff peaks and I tried (almost) everything. These are made with Italian Meringue but they do take twice as much time in the oven than the ones made with French meringue. 😅 What are you baking this ...
